Spritpreise in Österreich steigen erneut – Superbenzin nähert sich 1,74 Euro

Autofahrer in Österreich müssen weiter mit hohen Treibstoffkosten leben. Laut dem Spritpreisrechner der Regulierungsbehörde E-Control kostete ein Liter Diesel am Donnerstag im österreichweiten Schnitt 1,939 Euro und damit exakt so viel wie am Vortag. Der Durchschnittspreis für Superbenzin zog hingegen leicht an und lag bei 1,739 Euro je Liter, nach 1,729 Euro am Mittwoch. Damit setzte sich der schwankende, insgesamt aber erhöhte Preistrend der vergangenen Tage fort.

Bereits am Mittwoch hatten sich die Spritpreise nach E-Control-Daten nur moderat bewegt. Im österreichweiten Durchschnitt waren Diesel mit 1,939 Euro je Liter und Superbenzin mit 1,729 Euro etwas günstiger gewesen als am Dienstag, als für Diesel im Schnitt 1,954 Euro und für Superbenzin 1,744 Euro zu bezahlen waren. Der jüngste Anstieg bei Super hat diesen kurzfristigen Rückgang damit teilweise wieder ausgeglichen, während Diesel auf dem zuvor erreichten Niveau verharrt.

Deutlich zeigen sich weiterhin regionale Unterschiede. Am günstigsten tankten Konsumenten zuletzt im Burgenland, während sowohl Diesel als auch Superbenzin in Salzburg und Tirol am teuersten waren. Diese Spannbreite zwischen den Bundesländern bleibt damit ein prägendes Merkmal des österreichischen Tankstellenmarkts. E-Control veröffentlicht die Durchschnittspreise des Vortages täglich um 8.00 Uhr auf Basis der Meldungen der Tankstellen.

Regulatorisch gilt derzeit, dass Tankstellen ihre Spritpreise nur einmal pro Tag um 12.00 Uhr anheben dürfen; Preissenkungen sind hingegen jederzeit möglich. Auf dieser Grundlage bilden die tagesaktuellen Daten ein Bild eines Marktes, der zwar nur geringe tägliche Ausschläge zeigt, sich aber insgesamt auf einem anhaltend hohen Preisniveau eingependelt hat.
